Of course! We do not require an appointment to come in and meet with one of our Diamond Specialists, and we do encourage you to drop in when it is convenient for you. 

However, if you know that there is a specific date and time you would like to visit one of our stores, feel free to book an appointment at your closest location.

Yes, we do have some rings that are already set with a diamond if you would like to buy it and take it home that day!

However, most of our rings must be special ordered. This allows you to customize it to your exact preference, including the stone shape and size. A special order ring can take between 4 to 6 weeks to be hand-crafted by the designers.

Occasionally it is possible to rush a ring if you have a deadline; however, it is essential that you mention this to your Diamond Specialist at your appointment.

Yes, most of our engagement ring mounts (the ring itself) and the centre stone are sold separately. We believe that your ring is a symbol of the love that you two share, so it should be unique to you. 

Since the two items are sold separately, you can choose the perfect stone and mount, instead of having to compromise on one or the other.  

This also allows you to have more control over your ring and budget since you can decide which aspects of the ring and stone are important to you.

You can never be too early when looking for wedding bands. As most wedding bands take 4-6 weeks to come in, we suggest coming into one of our locations within a few months of getting engaged.
